Two hours on, two hours off
Two hours on, two hours off, two hours on, two hours off, two hours on, two hours off, two hours on, two hours off, two hours on, two hours off, two hours on, two hours off... Well thats another day done.
It's all about putting in the miles now and switching your brain off.
I am trying to really apreciate some of the amazing moments even though it's hard to let things sink in when you are so tired.
A week or so ago Marin asked if I had ever seen a moonbow. I said I never knew they existed. Well the other night as we were rowing under a bright full moon a rain shower passed over. As it moved away the low moon created a beautiful faint rainbow under the cloud.
On another late evening session myself and Steve were rowing in silence when a moth/butterfly flew in from the sea did a couple of laps around Steve and then flew off. I never knew they could be so far from land. Thats really all I can think of, other than I caused a big fall out on the boat today by eating two portions of salami in a missunderstanding. As a result Steve ended up with none and I am slowly handing over most the contents of my food bag to make up for it!!!
I would like to say a massive thanks to everyone that has donated to our charities as it makes a huge difference.
Simon
